Todays image is partly the one that I had planned, although it had changed a little from the one i had in mind.To do this I sliced a clementine in half and froze both halves overnight.
The halves were then taken out and i shot some together before smashing one half using a rolling pin to destroy it.
It was placed on a wooden chopping board to give it an interesting textured background, and shot using off camera flash with a home made softbox.
